For Locales That Are Nearby
- Squint your eyes
- Clench your teeth
- Furrow your eyebrows
For Locales That Are A Moderate Distance
- Purse your lips
- Open your eyes so the whites are visible, as visible as the distance requires
For Locales That Are A Great Distance Away
- Open your eyes as wide as you possible can—on the tape, it says to squint eyes, but nowadays it’s the opposite
- Open your mouth in the form of an “O”, with the bigger the “O”, the farther the distance
- Raise your brows—the farther the distance, the higher your brows should be.
